The HM interview was very informative. Asked about background, key projects, and interest in the team. Next round was a technical screen. Everyone I have meet has been very nice and welcoming!

Phone screen interview experience was below average. Interviewer was a fresh college graduate and didn't understand many things around design patterns, etc. He even said in between, "What? What is this strategy pattern?" Was rejected for no reason.
