The interview process was very standard, beginning with an initial screen, followed by the usual sequence of a data structure and algorithms coding challenge, a front-end challenge (React-based), a behavioral and collaboration interview, and finally, a systems design interview.
In my job search, I've interviewed with about 30 companies, and this one stood out as the most positive experience. The recruiter was timely, responsive, and direct. The interviewers were personable and collaborative. Furthermore, the questions were all interesting and clearly stemmed from job-related challenges. There were no "gotchas," and the interviews were extremely cooperative.
