I found the interview process to be fair and balanced. The flow included:
The technical conversation included a discussion around a technically complex project I had completed and a mini-system design thought exercise. The onsite included a system design question, a coding exercise, and a cross-functional/product sense interview.
I found everyone I spoke to very kind and knowledgeable. The questions were all related to the company's product rather than random LeetCode questions. The offer was very generous, and the company seems to be going in a great direction.
Infrastructure decisions around the project I discussed:
What kinds of things would I have done differently?
What kind of technical tradeoffs did I consider?
