A growing startup with lots of momentum
Abridge has a really good team and is doing very well from a business perspective. I'm glad to be here and very excited to see how we'll grow and evolve from here.
We're a startup in the midst of a big growth period on all axes: customers, revenue, employees, etc., and this brings plenty of growing pains. It's messy, though we're handling it better than other startups I've worked at.
We're entering a period where some amount of process is necessary; recognize and embrace this. It's only more important as a remote-first company.
