Pros: You have the chance to work on different projects. For example, you can work on client projects or some short internal projects. You have your own manager from Accenture who can help you understand tasks and communicate with clients. You don't have to be in long meetings with clients, given that your role is a software developer, not a project lead. You get the chance to work with Accenture teammates who have a wide range of technical backgrounds.

Cons: - Projects can stop anytime depending on the client's budget. - Sometimes the requirements on the deliverables are vague. - Some projects don't have much transparency on the direction in which the project is heading.

Pros: Good benefits, growth, salary increases.

Cons: The growth can be a little slow.

Pros: Good parental leave, decent work/life balance.

Cons: Working for the Cloud Innovation Centers can often end up withering away on the bench, waiting for a client project to come down the pipeline.
