Ability to change projects if you want to learn/do something different.
Cons: Accenture will limit how much you can talk to/collaborate with client teams, making you feel like you are not part of the team. This is bad for cohesion.
There are no pay raises, bonuses, or promotions, no matter how hard you work.

Cons: I think they do final selection on a first-come, first-served basis. Like, you have to select a time slot for your final round.
