Process

My interview process at Accenture consisted of four rounds, each evaluating different skill sets and competencies.

  • Resume Shortlisting: The first step was resume screening, where candidates were shortlisted based on their academic background, skills, and relevant experience.
  • Coding Round: The second round was a coding assessment that included two DSA questions:
    • One easy-level problem
    • One medium-level problem The questions mainly focused on logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Communication Round: After clearing the coding round, I appeared for the communication assessment. This round tested spoken English, grammar, fluency, comprehension, sentence construction, and workplace communication scenarios. It was more of an automated test rather than an interview.
  • HR Round: The final round was the HR interview. It included questions about my background, strengths, weaknesses, projects, career goals, and basic behavioral questions to assess cultural fit and willingness to join.
