Pros: Salary comes on time.
Took good care during COVID.
Female-friendly work environment.
Cons: You may encounter some people who are egoistic and sadistic in nature. They don't appreciate the effort put in by employees, and at the time of bonus and variable, you'll feel cheated. They move employees from one project to another very frequently to save on variable and bonuses.
