I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.
The process was quite infuriating as the interviewer wasn’t really paying attention to me as the candidate. It seemed like, ironically, they were using Microsoft Co-Pilot to conduct the whole interview, using it to ask me questions during the interview and interrupting my answers with the Co-Pilot's prompts and thinking. In my opinion, it wasn’t really professional at all. If you are going to have an interviewer conduct technical questions with no idea what you are asking about, and then ask and wait on Co-Pilot to respond to my answer, at least get someone technical to conduct the interview. It was a very odd experience.
