There was one OA (Online Assessment) round where we had to pass both coding sections. The code was easy to medium level. In the interview, they asked only from the resume.

Pros: 1. Managers and Seniors are quite interactive and optimistic.
2. There isn't much of a workload except for some important deliveries (which are quite few) that you have to do.
3. The OnShore team is quite professional and optimistic.
4. More fun is involved on every Friday.
5. There's no tab on timings (My Manager says just complete your work no matter when you come and go).
6. The transport facility is quite nice.
Cons: The company has lots of policies to follow. You have to make sure you never breach one at any time.
