I attended an interview for a role with 3 years of experience.
In the first round, they asked basic HTML and CSS questions, such as attributes, the flexbox model, and responsive design. They also asked about my project experience. I tried to answer all the questions and got selected.
In the second round (HR round), the HR asked about my project. When I started explaining, she stopped me and said, “Congratulations,” mentioning that she had received positive feedback from the technical team. She told me I would get a call from HR for further details.
The next day, I got a call from HR. He asked about my education and work experience, and he said he would call me the next week.
However, I didn’t get any updates the whole week. So, I emailed them to ask about the result. They replied that my feedback was positive but, unfortunately, they couldn’t move my application forward.
I’m still wondering what went wrong.
