Worst procedures ever!!

I was interviewed at Accenture 6 months back. They asked for 2 rounds, which I cleared. That too was FTF.

Then, they asked for document verification, which was done successfully. We had discussed salary expectations and all. Then, when it came to giving an offer letter, they put my application on hold after making all the procedures done.

After 6 months, when the cooling phase got over, they again asked me for the same role interview. When I acknowledged the same, they took a whole month just to conduct the interview. Everyday the HR was asking for availability for the interview and never sent the interview link. At last, when I got the interview link and joined the call, the interviewer did not come on the call. It took more than half an hour. Then I called the HR to ask her that the interviewer did not join the call. Then she told me to end the call.

Then again after that, they have freezed my application.

I just want to know what the heck is happening.
