A few of the projects are very large, enterprise-level, which means you'll be exposed to a style of working you might not find on other smaller projects. It might be more difficult in some aspects but will make you a better dev overall due to the sheer complexity.

Cons: Very fast-paced, and a lot of times there is little time to focus on the quality of work due to the sheer volume.
