Pros: Depends on location and leadership, but overall, a pretty good growth environment for lower levels (i.e., 1-2).
Cons: Work depends on the client, so the work schedule is up in the air. You could work anywhere between 40-70 hours depending on the project. Salary is not eligible for OT.
