Worst interview experience in my career. Received a call from a recruiter two hours before the scheduled time of my interview, confirming my availability and asking me to join on time. I joined at the given time, but the interviewer did not care to join the call. I literally waited in front of the blank screen with recording on for two hours straight. Tried calling the recruiter back, but there was no response. Also sent a few emails to the support mail ID, but still no response. This is extremely unethical and unexpected from a company like Accenture, which boasts of its work culture and ethics. If you are not ready to take the interview, then just tell the other candidates that they are not selected. What is this drama and time-wasting for the sake of formalities and stuff? I have moved on from this horrible experience, but I never expected this from Accenture at least.
