Pros: Great culture. Good team. Lot of learning opportunities.

Cons: Managers could be micromanaging. Few projects had micromanagers, which made the developers' lives hell. For the first increment, they said I did not complete one year, so there was no increment. For the second year, they said the company was at a loss and there was no increment. I left the company a few months later. Getting past initial recruiters is the toughest. Chances are you won't get a callback even if you are skilled. They ignore the resume outright. I have seen candidates who have a better background than me not getting an interview.

Pros: Inclusive work environment. Great place to work. Good work ethics. Great HR policies.

Cons: Work-life balance Leaves Bonuses Ratings

Pros: Self-motivated team, good work culture.

Cons: Nothing much apart from fewer hikes.
