Well, Accenture's name itself is big, but sadly, they don't value people or knowledge. Instead, they value documents only. If your past company is small enough that they can't give an experience letter or anything, then boom, you shouldn't think about being part of Accenture. As the Accenture team believes in having letters and documents, not knowledge or honesty.
And above all, HR given on the candidate portal will never receive your call, never respond to a single email, or message.
What is the meaning of Human Resources? They should even speak, at least give a chance to the candidate to speak about themselves and then decide if you want to hire or not.
Companies can remove candidates if they are not working as per the company's needs, whether they submitted all documents or not. So, if a candidate is telling you honestly everything by email and all, why are you not giving a chance at least to speak and why can't you respond to them?
We respect every company's policy, but we at least expect a response from a well-known IT organization. This kind of company shows they never invest in people.
Thanks, by the way, for opening my eyes. Accenture is not everything; there are other global IT companies who respect their own policy and value candidates as well!
Do you have any questions for me?
