A very stressful work environment
Application Development Associate • Former Employee
Lisbon, Lisbon District, Portugal
August 31, 2020
Pros: We get hired as soon as we leave university. I hadn't even defended my master's thesis, and I was already working at Accenture.
Cons: Many hours of work, ridiculous hierarchies, and team leaders without competence for the position they occupy. Team leaders and colleagues in charge of training the youngest use their moments of authority to exercise psychological abuse on employees.
