I am an SAP ABAP Consultant. I was approached by a company recruiter through Naukri for a Senior Analyst role, pan-India. I had the option to choose and book a convenient timeslot from the Accenture careers website. The interview process included:

1. Digital Tech Assessment - MCQ
2. Technical Interview - Video Meeting
3. HR Discussion - Telephonic

Digital Tech Assessment - Questions were difficult, and the choices were tricky. The only way to pass is to have extensive experience in the profile and to read in depth about the topics, especially HANA. Included questions from Core ABAP, OOABAP, Workflow, HANA, etc.

Technical Interview - Lots of questions were asked. It started with an introduction. Others included:

• TMG events
• Report events
• CL_GUI_ALV_GRID and CL_SALV_TABLE process and methods, including interactivity
• Dialog Programming - Events, CHAIN ENDCHAIN, AT EXIT-COMMAND
• Types of enhancement, differences between all of them, priority of choosing, types of explicit enhancement, BADI sorting
• BDC - process, related FM, application server data read, related t-codes
• Forms - Smartforms and Adobe Forms related basic questions
• OOABAP - Access specifiers, abstract class, interface, singleton class
• Scenario-based questions - Personal experience, approaches taken, day-to-day activities, documentation experience, etc.
• ABAP on HANA - General basic questions from CDS, AMDP, Annotations, etc.
• New ABAP syntax - Inline declarations, Open SQL enhancements, VALUE, COND, CONV, internal table new syntax - FILTER, FOR, CORRESPONDING, etc.

HR Discussion - Current org, current experience, CTC, expected CTC, expected location (remote), any other offer details, etc.
