The interview depends on the career level and the requirements. There is a telephonic round, then the technical round where they check your technical knowledge and skills, and then there would be a formal HR round where they will ask your salary expectations.

My interview was very smooth, and I got an email after an hour of the interview stating that I had cleared the exam. Within a few hours, I got an email for the HR round. So, it completely depends on the requirement of the position.

But after you onboard, there will also be a client interview that you again have to clear, and that also depends on the client requirement.
