I had a very bad interview experience. The HR didn't even consider my concerns while releasing the offer letter.

In the HR round, I told them my expected CTC, also informed them about a counter offer and the joining location (i.e., Hyderabad). But in the offer, the joining location was Chennai and the offer they had given was the same as the counter offer.

I asked them to at least change my joining location, but the recruiter didn't do that. And the HR didn't even make a call to me for package negotiation.

Without my consent on the CTC, they released the offer letter. When a candidate has gone through several rounds of interview and cleared all rounds, they should consider the candidate's concerns while releasing the offer.
