The Accenture Hiring Process 2021 started with a technical exam (written) in programming skills (two programs to be solved within a span of 45 minutes), quantitative aptitude, reasoning, and questions from the papers of CSE.

Later, the shortlisted students would undergo a communication test.

Upon qualifying the communication test, the final shortlisted students would be invited to attend the interview, which is both technical and HR-oriented.

Based on the performance of candidates during the interview, job offers will be given to the final selected students by the recruiters through an official mail.
