Cons: Too many trainings, some are not related to your work. However, you need to comply even if you still have more workload to do. Lack of work-life balance.

Cons: Being a computer engineer, I was expecting some challenging coding project. Unfortunately, I got an operational role and didn't get an early role off from the project.
