Pros: One of the best service-based companies. Plenty of projects, but most of them are outdated support projects. If you want to relax, this is the best company to work for.

Cons: If you want to learn, no service-based company is good (unless you are part of the 5% of lucky people). Cannot even reimburse your certification fees. Hikes are completely reduced (to 1% to 5%).
