I applied through a job portal and received a call for an interview from Accenture HR on January 25th, 2021. The interview was scheduled for February 3rd, 2021. On the same day, someone called to confirm my availability and said, "We are sending you an invite for a digital interview." I waited for their response for almost a day and did not get any further update. They almost did this for 3-4 times and never sent an invite mail. Finally today, February 18th, 2021, I received an invite mail where they sent the interview code and two attachments (HireVue guide and Do's and Don'ts). I joined the call 15 minutes prior and waited for others to join. I was literally waiting for half an hour and nobody joined the call. This is very frustrating and irritating.
