Follow procedures and processes because most administrative tasks will be completed by you. This allows them to employ fewer administrative people. Everybody has a team lead. Your job objectives and performance objectives are well-defined, and boy, the list is endless.

Cons: Too much tech admin training compliance task to do. It fills your whole day, or else. Your TL will chase you endlessly. The chasing will reach the top org ladder barking at you.
