Pros: Great benefits and flexible hours.
Ability to move up and sometimes given the choice to select projects you prefer.
Ability to travel if you want.
Very friendly environment.
Cons: Networking is key to moving up, but they do give some opportunities. Sometimes you can't choose your career track, or it's difficult to move around, especially in entry-level positions.
