In Accenture's interview process, the distinction between the technical round and the manager round should be clearly communicated to candidates. I have already cleared my technical round, but during the manager round, no managerial-related questions were asked. This would have been acceptable if the process was clear.
If you plan to include technical questions in the manager round, it should not be called the "manager round" or "final round." Instead, it should be labeled as "Technical Round 2" or something similar, so candidates know what to expect.
Additionally, candidates should be informed of the results of their interview. If a candidate is selected, HR will call you to discuss the CTC and next steps. However, if a candidate is not selected, they should also be informed instead of being left without any update.
So, I called the Accenture service desk and provided my CID. After that, I got to know that I am rejected in the final, manager, HR, or technical round, or whatever round.
