The whole hiring process was conducted online.
I applied through the career website, and there were around four stages to this:
The first step was a screening call with a recruiter where they asked about my background, gave an explanation about the role, etc.
After that, I was given a website link to a coding assessment where you do algorithm and DSA type questions.
After the coding assessment, they scheduled a skills interview where they asked theory questions (OOP, SQL, questions about SDLC), asked about my background, and also did live coding questions (I had to write a simple SQL query and code). This lasted for an hour.
After passing the skills interview, they scheduled a behavioral interview with the manager where they asked about my background and in detail about experience written in my resume (internships, projects, how I handled my workload).
A week after that, I received my verbal offer.
Explain the phases in SDLC.
