I got a call from HR in January to take the interview the next day, saying that I would receive the link by the next day. I said okay, but I did not receive any link. They kept postponing it until the last week of February. Finally, they had a free panel, and I attempted the interview, which took another week to complete all the rounds.

There are four rounds of interview:

• Written
• Technical
• HR discussion
• MR

I cleared all rounds of the interview. I received an email stating, "You are 2 steps behind, submit your documents for review." I submitted them, and they were reviewed. I received another email stating, "You are one step behind, one of the recruiters will contact you for offer discussion." The next day, I saw the status was "The candidature was on hold" due to high compensation.

This is the work part of this company.

I did not understand a few things.

In HR discussion, they asked me about salary expectations. I said only a 20% hike on my current salary. They said okay and qualified me for the next round.

If they were not interested in meeting my expected compensation, they should have rejected me in the HR discussion itself; they should not have qualified me for the MR discussion.

They did not even contact me for salary discussion; they just updated the status on the website.

This is the worst interview I have attempted so far.

Caution

Be careful while attending interviews. This worst company sucks your time and efforts.

They do not care for anything. They are just looking at the salary.

What is your expected salary?
