Process
It was good. They went through a couple of OOP design-related questions and design patterns. Although this was my first interview outside my country, I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but the person who took my interview was very friendly. I felt confident after talking for a couple of minutes with him. He kept it going for about 30-45 minutes, I guess. Based on my experience, I would say the MUM interview is not hard if you are working as a developer or you have prior programming experience.
