Pros: It's good, but my manager was very bad.

Cons: It could give more benefits to the employees.

Pros: Good working environment with best management.

Cons: Nothing bad I felt here.

Pros: There are no pros at all at Accenture. They are the worst at giving variables, even if your utilization is more than 125% in allsec. As this is your first year, you cannot get more than 30% of your variable. It's better to work in a professional way instead of wasting weekends for them.

Cons: Even for taking a notepad or pen, you have to raise an incident. They have the worst management in this; there's no physical entity or place where you can directly go and communicate about your problem. Firstly, you will not be able to understand at all which category your problem will fall under, and even if you raise it, you get silly responses. They have a HungerBox in the canteen, and even that is the worst, as now their canteen is too expensive.
