Process
Two stages.
Firstly, I received a phone call asking about my expected salary and experience. The interviewer was so friendly.
Though I don’t have experience in Java, she asked if I’m willing to learn.
Secondly, I had an interview with the hiring manager. I was so lucky she didn’t feel like asking anything about coding. As long as I’m willing to learn, then everything is fine. It’s more like chit-chatting.
I don’t need to be on the webcam. The interview went for like an hour. Just be yourself!
