On the 2nd day, I had a Manager round, followed by an HR round. Then, document submission, and within a week, I got the offer letter.

Pros: Great company to work with. I have worked for Barclays, Fiserv, and Dupont in Accenture. I must say it's a very good company to work with.
Cons: No cons as such, but yes, there are projects where you will have to deal with dirty politics.
