ASP.NET Developer Interview Experience - India

Process

Didn't ask anything much about my projects or current role. The interview process started directly with all technical skill-based questions.

Though it wasn't tough, I wasn't much prepared either. There were other questions as well based on oops.

Questions

Entity Framework, Cache and how to develop it in a program. Session and which session will be used under specific conditions. How to create a User Control. Page Load/Unload: which will be called first (Master page, content page, user control)? New keyword. ref in class. The disadvantage of the Factory method. Webservice vs WCF. SOA. State Management. Pagination on DB Level. How to encrypt DB data and which library you have used. SOLID principles. Design Patterns. How to implement a Thread-safe Singleton. Abstraction vs. Virtual.
