Pros: Will have good certifications and vouchers for skill development.
When it comes to the projects, it depends on the market you were assigned. You can make good connections and reap the benefits that are given by the market or the project.
Cons: Many of the freshers are being assigned into testing or support-related projects, which doesn't create much growth in the future and will be difficult for career growth.
They are also not assigned to the right project, according to their training stream.
