Online Assessment

This is a common step, especially for graduate and entry-level technical roles. It often consists of several rounds, which may include:

Interview Rounds

If you clear the online assessment, you'll move on to one or more interview rounds.

• Behavioral (HR) Interview: This round focuses on your soft skills, personality, and fit with the company culture. You can expect questions about your strengths, weaknesses, career goals, and situational questions (often requiring you to use the STAR method - Situation, Task, Action, Result).
