Assistant Software Engineer (ASE) Interview Experience - India
Process
On campus.
First, we had an aptitude test. It included pseudocodes and MS Office.
Qualified students then gave a technical test with two easy-medium coding questions.
Next, qualified students had a communication assessment, which was not an elimination round.
The final interview was virtual. It was similar to an HR interview, and mostly behavioral questions were asked.
