Lots of training and learning if you take initiative.
Lots of social interactions, team-building events, and team parties.
Cons: It can be stressful at times, depending on your project and release periods.
It's a big company, and no one is going to spoon-feed you, so it's a steep learning curve, and you have to take charge and learn quickly.
