Developed a final year major project based on Indian Sign Language to recognize hand gestures.
This system allows real-time translation of sign language gestures into spoken words.
The main objective of the project is to provide a feasible and efficient medium of communication between normal and deaf people by using hand gestures.
Python was used to build Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), a custom dataset was created, and OpenCV was employed along with a user-friendly website.
