I was not able to get an interview even though a schedule had been given. All the details were filled, but there was no further reply afterwards. At that moment, I was at least hoping for a reply as soon as possible.

Accenture Work Experiences

Kinda ok for experience
Associate Software Developer • Former Employee
Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
December 7, 2022
Pros: Relatively okay starting pay and has paid trainings.
Cons: No work-life balance. Work never stops because senior devs are not competent, or they were probably just pushed as senior but are actually unwilling.
3.0
Stuck as an ASE for over 3 years
Associate Software Developer • Current Employee
Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
February 7, 2019
Pros: Benefits are decent, with coverage for the employee and dependents. Vacation leaves and sick leaves are separate and are of good quantity.
Cons: Those part of the tech side are required to work 9 hours (excluding lunch), which totals about 10 hours at work. Overtime is only counted after the 10th hour at work.
Chances for promotions are more dependent on one's (positive) visibility to the higher-ups. Even if you are skilled but not sociable enough to be well-known within the project, promotions are highly unlikely.
