Pros: Equal opportunity, competitive salary, flexible work hours, and supportive as well as helpful seniors. The biggest plus point is if you don't have a first-class career (i.e., not having more than 60 percent in 10th and 12th), you should aim for Accenture.
Cons: While on Green Field Training, the Point of Contact people were so arrogant as well as not helpful. They used to treat us as if we knew everything.
