Pros: Whichever project you get into, work life is good. You will have enough time to manage your personal life and work life as well. The work cycle isn't hectic.
Cons: They will not keep your side during your hard times, like COVID. They just sue you off the company randomly.

Pros: An employee-friendly organization, especially for women. Nowadays, they are going to make the number of employees (male and female) equal, and for women, they are giving a maternal leave of 21 weeks, I guess.
Cons: You will be experiencing a lot of politics (regional). Your promotions and everything will depend on your manager and your team lead. Most of them won't be seeing your work. They will be looking at your friendliness towards them.
