Pros: Good for freshers as they get the opportunity to learn.

Cons: Nothing I can see here

Pros: There are many facilities to choose from in Bangalore alone; it has got 8 working locations. If you're lucky enough by getting a good HR and an understanding IG, then all things will work out. Coming to technology, many projects are legacy-based, so old tech along with new minds will take time to adjust, but it's still a learning experience. The work-life balance and team relationship (managers, TL) completely depend on the client and the project you are working on.

Cons: Coming to the Cons: 1. They have slogged the promotions cycle for ASE to 24 months, which is really bad for the growth of the employee. This makes Accenture's compensation similar to other MNCs. 2. Due to budget constraints, they have stopped the backup morning shuttle transportation service. This is a bad way to handle budget management. 3. Work-life balance and team relationships depend on luck. If you get into a good project, life is peaceful; otherwise, it's going to be a heck of a ride at Accenture.

Pros: Good workspace and work culture for freshers.

Cons: No proper hike or promotion.
