Pros: It includes such a wide diversity of talents and people. You use your own skills, and there will be people to help you in need.
Working 24x7 is not what is asked. People at Accenture have a life.
Salary-wise, this might be an average company, but at the end of the day, you can be happy and peaceful.
Especially for freshers, this is one of the best places for your transition from campus to corporate.
Cons: The amount of new technologies you get to learn may not be always high. The opportunities you get may vary from team to team.

Cons: Not good variable pay.
Not good bonus.
No increment if recession is going on.
No work-life balance.
Always some training is going on.
Sometimes you have to complete training even though you don't have time because of regular work.
Extra hour work.
No recognition.
