Pros: As a fresher, I had a multiplatform for working with different technologies, which I could choose as per my interest and skillsets.
Cons: Don't come to the bench, as there are so many professionals who are on the bench. Try to be in projects. Notify your HR about your project end date and take internal interviews of other projects from time to time.
