Pros: A good company to start a career.

Cons: I had a very good experience at Accenture, so no cons.

Pros: Good company for freshers and undergrads.

Cons: The hiring process takes time and is frustrating.

Pros: One big global network that brings all employees under one roof, fostering uniqueness regarding processes, policies, and communication methods. Individual respect for absolutely everyone in the organization. Great work/life balance is achieved by conducting many entertainment programs, including sports, talent shows, and event organization outside the company. Vast contribution to society through CSR events, green initiatives for a greener Earth, and training the unemployed in currently demanded skills. This helps make them employees with the help of current employees' contributions.

Cons: It's not a good choice for those who are not competitive.
