Pros: One year of experience over here. Job security is the main advantage, and lots of sources are there to utilize and promote ourselves. For experienced resources, earnings will be much better compared to other MNCs.
Cons: Getting a worthy project depends on individual luck, and sometimes resources are forced to work apart from their technical skills, without their wish.
