Pros: The work culture in Accenture is excellent, which is evident from their software ranking compared to their other software contemporaries.
Cons: If you are not an IT, Computer Science, or NIIT student, I am a bit more confident that you will be in misery for at least two years.

Cons: Mostly support projects are there. Less scope to explore new things. Development projects are rare.
