This was an on-campus hiring process. First, there were two tests: aptitude and coding. Then, an automated communication skill assessment on Mettl (non-eliminatory) followed. After that came the final interview.
The final interview was not heavily technical. Mostly, questions were behavioral, and the interviewer asked me to explain my project. My interview went well, but later they messaged and mailed me that, based on the overall score of all assessments, I was rejected. According to me, my other assessments also went well, as some colleagues of mine got offers. They were able to solve only one coding question out of two, while I had solved both of them and still got rejected.
